The Second Court of Appeals is now accepting applications for a staff attorney position.
The position will be available April 1, 2013 and applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
This position requires extensive legal research and writing, including analysis of issues raised in civil and criminal appeals. Applicants must have exceptional academic credentials; excellent analytical and research skills; the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; law journal or equivalent writing experience; and be a licensed Texas attorney with a minimum of two (2) years’ legal practice in the State of Texas.
