The purpose of this section is to improve communication and the practice of law in Tarrant County concerning collaborative law matters; to develop a forum for discussion of collaborative law among lawyers; to inform non-section members of TCBA bout collaborative-related topics of interest through the sponsoring of seminars and the use of other methods; and, to develop a forum at which collaborative law specialists may speak in Tarrant County.
