Speaker Bio
Dr. Stephanie Burchell completed her clinical training at the Beaver’s Family Studies Center at UT Southwestern in Dallas. She holds a Doctorate in Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University and a Masters of Science in Human Development from The University of Texas at Dallas. She is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR), and the Texas Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (TAMFT).
With a background in psychology and a specialization in human relationships, Stephanie is currently developing a comprehensive model of Relational Intelligence. Combining years of research, observation and clinical intervention in the area of human dynamics, communication and relational systems, her approach aims to improve interpersonal relationships in the workplace - a key strategy for leadership development and a critical area of focus for organizations who understand success depends on cultivating the values of equality, trust, respect and honest communication.
